There's a little girl coming in Feb!

Tim & I officially have to start calling the baby in the belly "she" instead of "he". Monday we went for the ultrasound & she wasn't being shy. It's still surreal, for me anyway, that I will be having a baby in less than 5 months. I keep poking around eBay to see what I can find for little girls. I haven't started the new mommy shopping yet, I figure I will start that around when it starts getting cold. I am finding some things that are making it VERY tempting. Like a GORGEOUS SILK blessing dress for something like $35. You read right. $35. Silk. I think the synthetic one from church distribution is more than that, or around there.

We are at a loss currently for what to name her. We want something different, but not something that no one will be able to pronounce or spell. I had THE most commonly given name in the 70's, so I will not be saddling my daughter with one of the 'it' names. I do not want her to be one of the 5 Jenn's in her class.

We're having a baby!

Well, I'm not sure how far the news has gotten, but We're Having a Baby!!

I was at the doctor yesterday for my first ultrasound & he should be here in mid-February. He looks like a little bean, but I heard his little heartbeat!! We're calling him a 'he'. I don't know if 'he' really is a 'he' or not, or if we just want a boy so we're calling him a him. We'll find out in due time and might have to start calling 'him' a 'her', but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

The morning sickness is starting to go away now, but my appetite hasn't came back quite yet. The queaziness is still there sometimes, so I'm afraid to eat much more than crackers and yogurt most of the time.

I'm sure Tim will be overjoyed when the mood swings stop and I'm much nicer at night when he's snoring & I'm pissed off beyond pissed off that he's snoring. I actually considered pushing him out of bed the other night!

I'll try to keep everyone posted as to our progress & what all is going on.
